"Felt sketchy, so I bailed"
The privacy info was kind of a mess and didn’t make me feel safe at all. I wasn’t about to hand over my personal details to some setup that felt sketchy as hell. Maybe it’s fine, but the whole thing gave me weird vibes, so I backed out.

"Save your time — not great on a phone"
Using this on my phone was more frustrating than it should’ve been. The pages loaded slowly, and the menus were confusing enough that I kept having to backtrack. Just a heads up if you’re planning to use it on mobile, it might save you some time to look for an easier option.

I went through checkout expecting there might be some random fee added at the last second, but everything was shown clearly before I hit pay. That was a relief. The payment went through smoothly, and my receipt showed up right away. It was a simple, no-fuss checkout, which was exactly what I was hoping for

"Didn’t really help me much"
The resources felt way too basic for what I needed. Not much I could actually use. I was hoping for clearer lessons and more examples, but it ended up being disappointing.

"Messages were really hard to understand"
I kept getting messages from them that were unclear. I’d read them once, then again while standing in my kitchen making coffee, and still wasn’t totally sure what they meant or what I was supposed to do next. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"The follow-up was absolutely all over the place"
The first time I talked with them was totally fine, no real complaints there. But after that, the follow-up was definitely not consistent. I had to wait longer than I should have, and I’m 100% sure I had to ask more than once just to get updates. Maybe they were busy, who knows, but it made everything feel unorganized. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it absolutely wasn’t great either.

"Worked good with my screen reader"
I was had a good time using Pulse of Potential with my screen reader. Most of the pages worked smooth, the text was easy to follow, and the buttons actually made sense, so I wasn’t sitting there guessing what to press. I like that the site didn’t feel all crowded too. A couple spots was loading kinda slow, but overall it’s been really accessible and easy for me to move around.

I tried pulseofpotential.com without really expecting much, but it ended up being useful. It did what I needed it to do, and I came away feeling better about it than I thought I would. A few parts felt a little unclear or like they could be explained better, but overall it worked fine for me. Not perfect, but I had a solid experience. 4 stars.

Just a warning if you book here: don’t show up late. My session started exactly on time, with no waiting around at all. it was nice, but definitely be ready when you’re scheduled.

"I’d give this a solid 4 stars..."
I’d give this a solid 4 stars. I really liked that the program is split into clear steps instead of feeling like a bunch of random info thrown together. Compared to some other programs I’ve tried, it’s just more... yeah, easier to follow overall.
The only thing I would’ve liked is a little more detail in a few spots, maybe some extra examples so you’re not left guessing what to do next. Still, the structure is good and I never felt totally lost going through it

"Surprisingly great virtual session"
I booked a virtual session it ended up being better than I thought it would be. It was super easy to join, everything worked smoothly, and the person leading it was really calm, clear, and easy to talk to. I felt heard the whole time, which was nice. I’d definitely book another one.

"Had a small account issue and sent…"
Had a small account issue and sent them a message, not expecting much or, I don’t know, any quick reply. But they got back to me the same day, which was a nice surprise. The response was clear enough, and I didn’t have to keep explaining the same thing again and again, which I really appreciated. The only reason I’d say 4 stars is because the final fix still took a little while. Not terrible or anything, just... a bit of waiting. Overall though, good support...

"Really calming when I needed it"
I came across Pulse of Potential during a rough week when I just needed some emotional support. It felt really calm and not pushy at all, which I liked a lot. It helped me slow down a bit and feel way less alone. I’m not saying it magically fixed everything, but it definitely made the day easier. I’d totally use it again

"Booking was a bit frustrating 😕"
I tried booking a session, but it wasn’t really clear which times were actually available. I ended up clicking around way more than I expected, and the page felt kind of clunky. I did manage to book in the end, but it should be a lot easier than that 😅

From what I remember, the intake form was really straightforward and easy to get through. It only took a few minutes, though I do recall it feeling a bit long toward the end.

I wasn’t expecting the progress tracking to be quite this useful, but it’s actually clear and makes it easy to see what’s changed. It did take me a little bit to figure out where everything was and get comfortable with it, so there’s a small learning curve. But once I got past that, it worked well overall.
